ABOUT JESSICA GENARI

Being a lifelong learner is what motivates me daily. Always a curious pearson, I’ve navegated in some very different areas, from studying to be a makeup artist untill racking some excel formulas. I landed at the behavior studies and felt in love with all kinds of people related areas. With a very generalist carreer, a bachelor’s degreed in bussiness admistration and a masters in people management, I am able to see a company as a whole and guide some important stakeholders (employees and clients) in helping a company grow. I’ve helped building a Customer Experience area, helping the team grow from less than 10 emplooyes to more than 60 (plus BPO!). So many experiences there, from solving client’s problems and structuring some customer support processes to defining and accompaning the area’s indicators, changing our organizational structure (twice!), improving the team’s engagement and communication and hiring and onboarding a big part of our employees. Not forgetting of the many colleagues I’ve helped and mentored during this process. What a amazing experience! Now, I am open to new opportunities, seeking some new challenges and aiming to help some more people along the way. Want to chat and exchange some experiences? Text me!
