Key Accomplishments:• Client issues management: Changed tool, response time and reporting process used to manage issues for UHG/UMR’s largest client, resulting in a 90% decrease in open and unresolved issues, and an improved client relationship and satisfaction.• Acquisition data migration: Collaborated with sister company Optum and managed project to build repository for 300 million claims from a UHG TPA acquisition and develop application to query claims data. Collaborated with the claims processing vendor for data migration. Consulted with end users on features and trained them on application use. 3 year project completed on time and $100K under budget. • Product development: Led the development of client application to find insurance care and costs and health plan advice. Worked closely with Account Management, IT, product owners, and client on product features. Project completed under budget.• Executive initiatives: Convened operations leaders regularly to manage conflict and build consensus concerning capital spending for IT system enhancements and process improvements, resulting in alignment with broader organizational and strategic goals.• Government regulation compliance: Managed project to bring stakeholders into compliance with the ID card provision of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 (CAA).
