They have brought new ideas, energy and enthusiasm along with their subject matter expertise. Also, a key component to bringing them in was their ability to align very well with the GLWA common behaviors and cultural aspirations. Negotiated new telecommunication, managed network and security services contract that increases suite of services, reduces run rate by 30%, and increases flexibility while maintaining continuity moving forward Reorganized IT applications portfolio to focus IT teams on specific business units Established five-year road map for migration from current data center environment. This program includes a Data Center refresh at onsite datacenter, Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS), Backup as a Service (BaaS), Active Directory migration, file share migration, endpoint protection upgrade (extension of full security suite to remote users) and migration of Data Center to cloud environment.
