ABOUT JEFF JORGENSEN

Jeff Jorgensen is a seasoned executive with more than 30 years in the management consulting, telecommunications networking and supply chain services industries. He specializes in helping growth-oriented businesses scale their operations, improve service delivery, and build high-performing teams. As President / COO, he has led several service providers to achieve significant growth (e.g. 3fold increases in revenue), exceed profitability forecasts and rapidly expand service operations while driving efficiencies. These companies sustained their profitable growth while earning reputations for service excellence, a demonstrated ability to drive customer-value, differentiated service offerings, and developing more capable teams of problem solvers / professionals. Jeff promotes continuous improvement at all levels of the organization, even when consistently attaining industry leading customer satisfaction ratings beyond 95%. He builds thriving businesses upon core beliefs rooted in hard work, integrity, and innovation that empowers the organization to consistently outperform customer expectations. Jeff holds a degree in Engineering Management from Miami University and began his career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) where he worked with global Fortune 500 clients implementing critical technology platforms (ERP, Data analytics, etc.), managing multifaceted transformational business improvement programs and architecting complex global business process outsourcing solutions.
