ABOUT JEFF FRANCE
I am an experienced leader who has planned and delivered strategic change to enhance data and analytics capability, and improve business outcomes.I enjoy leading teams that want to change the world for the better, and the data & business intelligence domain has proven to be a good match. My focus is on recruiting and developing great teams, providing direction and coaching, and then allowing the team the autonomy to thrive. While not the technical expert, I have a good understanding of modern data engineering, visualisation and data science techniques and technologies, that enables me to effectively guide the experts in their fields.A systems thinking approach ensures that business outcomes and the creation of long-term value are always front-of-mind.
