Experienced Financial Services Executive with a Strong International FocusWith a background in consultancy and a passion for business development in an international environment, I have played a key role in expanding PSA Bank’s presence in multiple countries, including Poland and Turkey. My experience as a LEAN manager strengthened my management expertise, and I was deeply involved in the transformation of PSA Bank, particularly in its strategic partnership with Santander Consumer Finance. I later led Quality and Excellence Management before taking on the challenge of expanding Free2Move Lease across 17 European countries. Following the PSA-FCA merger, I oversaw leasing solutions integration and, as Country Manager for Leasys France, prepared its merger with Free2Move Lease. Since April 2023, I have been responsible for Risk, Permanent Control, and Compliance for Leasys Group, ensuring robust governance and operational resilience.
