Intake, review, and schedule marketing project requests from internal clients based on business goals, branding, budget, and deadlines.Act as an internal marketing operations consultant across 50+ food, beverage, and casino venues—managing pre-opening strategies, timelines, and cross-functional alignment.Create strategic annual and seasonal marketing calendars, including campaign planning, content timelines, and activation execution.Lead brand creation for new venues, developing brand voice, visual standards, and go-to-market launch materials.Collaborate with creative, PR, operations, and executive teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution from intake through delivery.Work directly with PR to develop and refine press releases for high-profile openings and brand launches.Develop executive-level planning decks and opening presentations for C-suite and leadership.Plan and execute paid social campaigns via Facebook Business Manager and TikTok Ads, optimizing targeting, creative, and budgets for performance.Manage Google Ads strategy, setup, and reporting, including search, display, and retargeting.Conduct in-depth market research to support media planning and develop cross-channel paid media strategies including OOH, OTT, radio, digital, and geofencing.Oversee execution of paid media buys, managing vendor quotes, placement schedules, and campaign reporting.Manage email marketing strategy and execution using Hive.co, Campaign Manager, and Microsoft Dynamics.Maintain and update web content using CMS platforms including Sitecore, WordPress, and Wix.Lead social content development and performance audits for multi-location brands.Provide ongoing brand standards and campaign execution training to field marketing teams.
