Managing Partner Global Talent Mobility Services @Cassiopeia Immigration Services
Miami, AR
Cassiopeia is a global talent mobility and legal services firm which provides multinational clients in Argentina comprehensive business-to-business support on inbound expatriate immigration to Argentina, and across other global markets. As the firm\'s founder and principal, I advise and represent the legal, human resources, and operations departments of corporations, governments, and nonprofits on mobility strategy, acquisition of visas and work permits, regulatory compliance, mobility taxes, and other matters, in addition to managing relations with our contracted law firm partners. Key achievements:Rapidly growing Cassiopeia into the trusted mobility and immigration partner to a portfolio of Fortune 500 and other global companies in securing visas, permits, and other services.Negotiating strategic alliances with immigration law practitioners across Argentina. This has enabled “one-stop shopping” and faster turnaround for our corporate clients through proactive case prioritization and allocation.Coordinating adjacent relocation service offerings that increased client value and accelerated placement in local operations, delivering support in navigating housing, the shipment of goods, the acquisition of drivers’ licenses, and other services.
