I’m Jatin, a Site Reliability Engineer with a background in software development and a passion for building stable, scalable, and resilient systems. With hands-on experience at State Street and a Master’s in Software Engineering from San Jose State University, I focus on creating cloud-native infrastructure that enables uptime, reliability, and continuous delivery.My work has involved automating incident triage, configuring observability stacks, and managing CI/CD pipelines across dev, test, and production environments. I\'ve built systems and tools using AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Docker—ensuring service reliability and operational efficiency. I’ve also designed dashboards and monitoring frameworks using Grafana, Splunk, PowerBI, and CloudWatch to track application health and streamline incident response.What drives me is building systems that self-heal, scale effortlessly, and keep the customer experience uninterrupted.
