I’m a backend-leaning full-stack engineer who builds systems that stay reliable under real traffic, and I like owning work end-to-end, from design to production.Recently, I shipped production AI and platform features like semantic search (93% match accuracy), RAG-based Q&A that cut information lookup time by 70%, and an AI voice assistant that automated 65% of front-desk calls at 86% intent accuracy.
