For more than 25 years, my passion has been driving excellence in independent optometry both in my own practice and in the broader eye care industry. Through growing my own business, my work with EssilorLuxottica, and my involvement in and countless speaking engagements with industry organizations throughout North America, I\'ve consistently advocated for and worked to support the advancement of private practice.My specialties include helping fellow practice owners better grow and operate their business, as well as advising on practice transitions, valuations, and sales. When I\'m not at work, you can find me active in my Central Missouri community and spending time with my wife Dr. Susan Lake and three daughters, water skiing and boating, running marathons, and watching college football.
