Chief Data Officer @Placepoint

Oslo, NO

In my role as Chief Data Officer at Placepoint, I spearhead the development and operations of the database, source processing, GIS, contracts, and GDPR. My expertise in Microsoft SQL Server (Azure), Azure Data Factory, C#, and ArcGIS enables me to deliver innovative solutions for the real estate industry. With our dedication to quality and efficiency, agile thinking and Scrum have been successfully implemented at Placepoint. During the initial stages of building and implementing the team, I served as Scrum Master and, at a different period, as Product Owner. Alongside our talented team, we have built a powerful analysis tool that quickly uncovers opportunities in the real estate market, allowing our clients to make better decisions faster.Placepoint was born out of frustration with the time-consuming and manual process of gathering information about properties. Since 2021, we have been committed to the long-term development of next-generation analysis tools for early-stage real estate development. Our cutting-edge platform,\"Muligheter på minutter,\" empowers real estate professionals to collaborate and save time while evaluating properties.I look forward to continuing our journey as a leader in the data-driven world, contributing to the success of Placepoint and the real estate industry as a whole.
