As the National Manager of Field Programs at the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, I’m responsible for leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of field fundraising and volunteer programs and ensuring they are impactful, consistent, and aligned with organizational goals. My responsibilities include driving fundraising best practices, enhancing volunteer recruitment and retention, managing the Event Management System (EMS), and overseeing field merchandise programs.In addition to these efforts, I support fundraising activations such as auctions, raffles, and membership initiatives at national events, working closely with field operations leadership to optimize programs and achieve departmental objectives. My role is rooted in creating effective strategies and processes that empower RMEF field staff and volunteers to maximize fundraising success while supporting RMEF’s mission.

I’ve been with the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation since December 2009 and have spent my career supporting field operations, volunteers, and fundraising programs that advance our conservation mission. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside dedicated staff, volunteers, and partners to help build and improve programs that support wildlife conservation and habitat stewardship.My role has focused on strengthening field programs, improving processes, and helping teams succeed through practical planning and collaboration. Whether working on volunteer initiatives, event-based fundraising, or operational improvements, I’m motivated by doing the work well, supporting the people involved, and contributing to outcomes that benefit the organization and the mission.
