ABOUT JANIE NORTHINGTON
Currently a Senior at Auburn University, pursuing a degree in Business Management with a minor in Human Resources. I am furthering my education at the Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, AL, starting in the Fall of 2026. My time at Auburn has demonstrated to me the value of relationships and maintaining them through effective communication. Additionally, my time here has equipped me with new skills that I can bring into a work environment.I am aspiring to gain more knowledge through hands-on experience throughout my undergraduate program. I hope to apply these new skills in a professional environment where I can contribute to the realm of professional business and further my education. I am grateful for each opportunity that I have had at Auburn University and for how I have been able to take something new from each experience. I have learned how to lead in high-stress environments as well as in a workspace that includes people of all ages and backgrounds. It has been a privilege to serve in different roles and learn how to adapt, respond, and thrive.
