Participating in the development and administration of minerals & metals project implementation documentation, execution strategy, and/or procurement and contract packaging strategy; • Coordinating multi-discipline engineering efforts for timely preparation, evaluation, and recommendation of project deliverables; • Assisting with the analysis of project financial models, and assisting in financial benchmarking and reporting of major performance indicators; • Managing interfaces between engineering, procurement, logistics, contracts, and the construction team to resolve issues impeding contractor progress; • Monitoring project cost, progress, and schedule reports and coordinating action plans to correct deviations from the plan; • Providing input to weekly and monthly reports; • Managing client relationships for potential and existing projects and interfacing directly with sub-consultants and vendors; • Participating in and advancing the continuous improvement of Ausenco design standards, project management procedures, and other added value initiatives.
