Organisational and operational transitions including Agile and Automation strategiesProgramme lead / portfolio manager within a large Consortium engaged in a £933M deal to deliver a large scale enterprise-wide Microsoft Office 365, cloud & workplace services transformation programme to large Government Agency with world-wide users.• Complex delivery involving matrix managed / leveraged technical staff, multiple delivery partners, 3rd party suppliers and a diverse customer base. • Governance & reporting to the internal and external Programme Boards; ensuring all projects comply to HP standards with plans, RAIDs, change control, reporting, cost & revenue tracking and formal customer engagementProgramme Manager for the deployment of network and infrastructure to a major Government Agency.• Board level stakeholder management, communications and reporting• High profile deliveries both from an account and international government perspective• Relationship building and stakeholder management with challenging customer• Critical milestone delivery (£4M+ growth) and financial accountability• Motivation and leadership of team in high stress roles and locations• Management of change and associated risk• Maximising opportunities to support delivery• Ensuring continued focus on contracted delivery whilst working with the customer to support their ever changing requirements and deliver business benefit• 14 reports including 5 Project Managers• Minimum of 8 projects in flight at any time• Piloting new ways of working on account• Tech Refresh
