As Principal Advisor for Higher Education (North America), I provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to universities, colleges, and academic systems navigating the evolving landscape of campus infrastructure, sustainability, and student experience. Leveraging deep expertise in capital planning, energy management, and digital solutions, I partner with institutional leaders to develop and execute transformational strategies that address funding constraints, emerging technologies, aging campus infrastructure, space utilization, energy transition and sustainability goals.In this role, I lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with consulting, engineering, and technology partners to deliver innovative solutions—ranging from Energy Savings Performance Contracting (ESCO) to Design-Build-Finance-Operate-Maintain (DBFOM) models to Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) and contingent payment mechanisms. My work spans the U.S. and Canada supporting higher education clients in achieving measurable outcomes such as reduced carbon emissions, improved energy resilience, and enhanced campus operations.I represent our organization at national conferences and industry forums, sharing insights on campus transformation, energy policy, and digital innovation. My ongoing engagement with APPA, NACUBO, IDEA, and other associations helps shape market direction and policy, while my advisory-led approach builds long-term partnerships with institutions and stakeholders.
