The primary role of the HVAC / Fire Capacity Program manager is to achieve the regional capacity by managing the full-cycle of hiring and supporting the on-boarding process for employees in Johnson Control\'s field organization while reporting out progress to regional hiring metrics. • Defining, develop, and deploy delivery tools and processes required to source, hire, and onboard direct field labor aligned to the assigned areas’ capacity plan.• Serve as a point person to coordinate sourcing, hiring, and onboarding between hiring managers, talent acquisition, HR, L&D, Fleet, IT, and domains.• Manage governance processes and establish relationships within regions, TA, and HR.• Monitor and report compliance to the capacity strategy.• Evaluate tools, standards, and methodologies for improved capacity results.• Create resources for hiring managers and facilitate on-boarding for new direct field labor hires in region (s), ensuring all new hires have access to the correct tools and access to systems. • Own the creation and tracking of talent selection schedule and reporting of capacity progress and performance.• Tracks and reports on progress of targets to the HVAC, Fire and Regional leaders
