ABOUT JACKIE HART

Having worked on both coasts, Jackie has 25+ years of strategy and project management experience with large-scale Fortune 500 software development projects in the high-technology, biotech and financial sectors with market leading companies including Oracle, Microsoft, Genentech, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Fidelity and Bechtel to name a few. Starting her career as a tech/software trainer in Boston with Catapult, Inc, an IBM subsidiary and being instrumental in building Catapult’s offerings and community, she has matured as a formidable leader in many diverse communities that have expanded to more than 100k+ members, nationally and internationally. She has successfully bridged both technology and financial sectors in a leadership capacity. Since 2014, Jackie found herself immersed in blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies. The more engaged and connected she became with the DeFi/Web3 and related technology communities and thought leaders, the more she understood the impact these technologies will have in our future with 21st century organizations and the systems change that will occur. As an Olympic level swimmer, international mountaineer, adventure racer and mother to five children, she has perfected her skills with regard to focus, dedication and how to organize and build great teams from the start-up environment to exit. Ms. Hart has the business acumen to successfully launch and manage any sized project by managing/tracking skilled resources to meet targeted milestones and deliverables within budget and scope. Her focus and intention with all her projects and companies she supports are in the social impact space.
