ABOUT CORINA ALMAGRO

Disruptive innovation coach since 2016, Corina inspires, motivates and empowers teams to work in a more customer centered and agile way, and always within the current context of exponentiality and disruption. With more than ten years of experience within the corporate world, and having led innovation in various areas of HP in Silicon Valley for three years, Corina brings a deep understanding of how large companies work and the internal challenges they face when it comes to innovation and disruption. Her five years as an intrapreneur in San Francisco made her an expert in innovation methodologies and exponential growth based on technology. Main collaborator in the ExO Sprint and Purpose Launchpad methodologies, Corina has worked as a consultant and exponential innovation coach with more than 50 companies in more than 20 countries, leading transformation projects at Visa, Stanley Black & Decker, HP, Colgate or Banco Santander, among others. Just 9 months after its creation, the Exponential Innovator certification, of which she is the author, is already recognized in more than 22 countries around the world, with hundreds of professionals from different companies and startups practicing these techniques. Corina is a regular speaker at public conferences and private company events, where she shares her experience, knowledge and passion. Some examples are BAC LATAM, SCRUM Day and companies such as L\'Oreal or Walmart. In addition, she collaborates with the world\'s leading business schools and universities as an advisor and teacher in disruptive innovation and exponential technologies. Corina has a degree in Marketing and Business Administration and Management from the University of Granada (Spain), a Master in Marketing from the INSEEC University of Paris (France) and the certifications of Exponential Innovator (Master level), Purpose Launchpad Mentor (level Master), ExO Consultant, Coach, Ambassador and Trainer, Management 3.0, Lean Change Management, SCRUM Product Owner and Lean UX, among others.
