I bring a robust skill set in Professional Services Automation (PSA), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), solution delivery, and other Salesforce-centric solutions, as well as a proven track record of successfully finding true business-changing solutions for my customers.When it comes to working alongside clients, I do not consider myself just a tech professional; I am a dedicated partner on the journey to success. To put it simply, your success is my success!Personally, tech software is a second chapter for me. I originally began my professional career as a TV broadcast journalist with an emphasis in sports - you can find evidence of that in my old videos on YouTube. In my free time, I enjoy watching said sports (mostly the NFL - go Lions!), running along the Chicago lakefront trail, and spending time wining and dining my wife around Chicago.
