Key Responsibilities:Account Management:Serve as the operational lead and main point of contact for key customer accounts, particularly those involving high-value sensitive freight and semiconductor/electronic equipment.Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and operational excellence.Understand and align with each client’s specific handling requirements, especially for semiconductor and high-security loads.Logistics & Execution:Coordinate and oversee all phases of drayage, transload, and over-the-road freight movements.Plan and monitor container pickups, port operations, yard moves, and final-mile deliveries to ensure timely and compliant execution.Handle exceptions, troubleshoot issues in real-time, and communicate resolutions proactively with internal and external stakeholders.Operational Oversight:Work closely with dispatchers, drivers, warehouses, and transload facilities to ensure proper handling and secure movement of cargo.Ensure strict compliance with customer SOPs, regulatory requirements (e.g, TSA, DOT), and internal processes.Manage documentation, BOLs, load tenders, customs paperwork, and other critical transport documents accurately and timely.Data & Reporting:Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, cost efficiency, damage claims, and customer satisfaction.Provide status updates and detailed reports to customers and leadership as needed.Use TMS/ERP systems to track and manage shipments and inventory flow.
