As a Recruiter at TransPerfect, I lead the end-to-end hiring process to connect top talent with opportunities across our global organization. I partner closely with management to understand business needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver a seamless candidate experience from first contact to offer acceptance.In this role, I:Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.Build talent pipelines through creative outreach, networking, and participation in career fairs and university partnerships.Collaborate with leaders to evaluate candidate fit and support strategic hiring initiatives.Drive special recruitment projects, such as high-volume hiring campaigns and campus recruiting events.Ensure every candidate has a positive and professional experience throughout the process.This position allows me to combine relationship-building,problem-solving, and strategy to help grow a dynamic, multicultural team.
