Hey there, everyone!I\'m Blaze Schoembs, a dedicated advocate for community resilience and emergency management aficionado hailing from sunny Orlando, Florida. Passionate about making a meaningful impact, I thrive on lending a helping hand wherever it\'s needed most.With a background in Emergency Management from the University of Central Florida, complemented by a minor in National Security and Intelligence, I\'ve had the privilege of honing my skills at Orange County\'s Office of Emergency Management. From reviewing comprehensive emergency plans for healthcare facilities to engaging in community outreach and CERT training, I\'ve embraced every opportunity to contribute.My journey has seen me in action during several critical events, including activations for hurricanes Ian, Nicole, and Idalia, where I was deployed to the State Emergency Operations Center and the State Logistics Response Center. I\'ve also participated in many full-scale exercises throughout the community. One highlight? Playing an airlift victim during an ORMC helicopter exercise—definitely an unforgettable experience!Known for my upbeat demeanor, strong work ethic, and collaborative spirit, I\'m committed to ensuring everyone feels valued and empowered to excel. I\'m all about bringing positivity and passion to everything I do. Whether it\'s coordinating projects down to the last detail or keeping the EOC fueled with the best coffee in town, I give it my all, every time.I\'m always excited to meet new people and dive into our shared interests.
