Having worked closely with senior leaders across health, social care, and education, it became clear that persistent workforce challenges such as retention, progression, and succession planning were limiting organisational growth. This insight inspired my move from recruitment into education and workforce development, helping organisations address these challenges before they escalate and creating practical solutions that support long-term capability.My focus is simple: deliver practical, high-impact training solutions that strengthen teams, improve retention, and creates clear career progression for learners.In my role, I design and implement apprenticeships, development pathways, and training programmes that build leadership capability, foster talent growth, and create measurable impact. By focusing on progression and succession planning, organisations are supported in future-proofing their teams while enabling individuals to grow, thrive, and succeed.
