Skilled in Recruitment, Education & Training, Business Development (New Business & Account Management) and Customer Service; including Customer Retention and Customer Satisfaction. As a Senior Business Development Manager, I am a motivated and driven individual with a proven track record of creating and implementing meaningful and purposeful training plans within both SME and Levy businesses in a variety of sectors on a national scale to support my clients achieve their training and development goals. I am knowledgeable and competent with apprenticeship funding and compliance, Government incentives, ESFA Guidelines and apprenticeship eligibility. I have utilised these skills and knowledge to provide Information, Advice and Guidance to candidates and clients to best support them with their needs and execute successful working partnerships. I have also actively taken part in numerous school and careers events to promote apprenticeship training and engage learners to later assist them in securing employment.
