I work across Global Programs at DHL, helping teams and organizations create clarity, structure and more effective ways of working across different leadership levels, regions and cultures.Before this, I spent several years in international environments, collaborating across diverse contexts and complex stakeholder landscapes. Those experiences shaped how I see growth and development, not as something theoretical, but as something people and organizations live through quietly and internally.What has always stayed with me is the human side of change.Across different environments, I’ve been drawn less to titles and more to the inner journeys people go through — the moments of transition, the feeling of being stuck, or the sense that something no longer fits even if everything looks “fine” on the outside.I’ve seen how often people move through these phases without the space to pause, reflect or understand what they actually need.That curiosity is what naturally led me to coaching.I’m a certified coach, trained through a program accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I support people navigating transitions, building self-awareness and reconnecting with their needs, boundaries and direction especially in moments of uncertainty or change.I care deeply about the quieter side of growth: the parts that are less visible, but often the ones that shape us the most.
