ABOUT IRENE ROMA GIMENO
I love solving problems — they’ll always exist, so better to face them. I try to find that state of flow where ideas connect and I can be creative with solutions. Hopefully I’ll master it someday — or maybe I’ll just keep learning from the errors and successes.I\'m passionate about understanding systems — technical, human, and everything in between. I see the world through a mathematical lens, always seeking patterns, logic, and clarity, but also guided by empathy and a strong sense of humanity. Humans are the most complex and beautiful thing on this planet.Uncertainty is part of our world, and through it, I keep learning - gaining intellectual flexibility from my experiences, from users, from colleagues, and from every challenge I face. My goal is to get better at simulating complex situations and designing creative and thoughtful solutions.Ah, and of course, I also love writing, baking, and running — little things that keep me grounded.
