As the only engineering manager at the company I\'m in charge of setting up processes and goals for 40+ engineers. I partner with the CTO to work on tech culture growth, align with the technical strategy and setup delivery metrics. I engage with the founders, business stakeholders and Product Owners to setup quarterly OKRs set objectives and deliver the product roadmap. I work on all the aspects of the employee lifecycle, stablish talent acquisition processes, driving interviews, setting up onboarding process, up to performance management, PIP processes and career plans. On the business side, I\'m responsible for managing the tech team budget, negotiate deals with different suppliers (Neflify, Cloudflare) and lead the engineering efforts for the ISO 27001 certification.
