As a graduate student in Actuarial Science at Georgia State University, I am on a journey to explore the vast and exciting world of actuarial science. Originally from Nepal, I made the move to the USA to seize new opportunities and learn from the best in the field.With experience as a Graduate Research Assistant and a former employee at IME life Insurance Company, I have developed strong skills in data analysis, data visualization, data cleaning, data validation, regulatory compliance, and actuarial valuation. And as a winner of the R number hackathon conducted by the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA) in 2021, I have proven my ability to think creatively and solve complex problems.But my journey is far from over.
