I am currently leading a team of three students, including myself, in the process of commercializing a biotech startup. In this role, I manage team resources, facilitate communication, conduct market identification and research, conduct customer/stakeholder discovery and interviews, conduct business analysis and modeling, develop a commercialization plan, and conduct market and competitor analysis. Looking ahead, my team is planning on drafting an SBIR phase II grant to further technology testing and analysis. By the end of the year, we hope to leave our researcher with an in depth business plan to continue the commercialization of this technology.
