ABOUT HRVOJE BAN

My previous job experiences span from working in media (radio, TV, internet) both in front of the microphone/camera and behind the computer doing production and editing to working in customer service and procurement. I would describe myself as a hard-working person with a focus on not only working hard, but working smart, thinking up solutions and ways to improve and upgrade working processes. The creativity I have and use in my hobby and passion which is music (in all its shapes and forms, from performing music to composing and creating original music) can be applied in my day-to-day work, but I am, naturally, compliant with all rules and regulations my job position requires. While I am a team player, I can also work independently, I am self-motivated and goal-oriented so sticking to deadlines is not an issue. I value personal relations highly and this is why I am always striving to have a good relationship with my management and colleagues. From my customer service job experience I inherited the troubleshooting mentality, there are no \"problems\", only challenges that can be overcome and I find great satisfaction when I can find or contribute to the overcoming of a challenge. I feel slightly embarassed \"tooting my own horn\" like this and I usually prefer my job performance or my managers\' evaluation to speak about me and my job proficiency. Whatever I do in life, I try to do it to the best of my abilities and this is why my past managers have always gladly sent positive letters of recommendation when I applied to new jobs.
