Working in the kitchen with J1 international students, as well as some hometown citizens, I led a cooperative team as expeditor that served thousands of customers throughout the summer. As expeditor, I made sure to put my leadership skills to use, delegating roles throughout the industrial kitchen to make several different food items. My team and I consistently worked through rushes efficiently and effectively, providing excellent service and quality food.

ABOUT HENRY MAHONEY
I’m a first-year student-athlete at Gettysburg College, where I throw for the track and field team while majoring in Environmental Science with a minor in Data Science. I have a passion for leadership, hard work, and cooperation towards all aspects of my life, with a focus on benefiting other people and the environment around me. With my pursuit in environmental and data science, I find myself deeply interested in the ways society can both mitigate and adapt to climate change, and how to record, project, and predict future climate. I am eager to work and am developing skills early to effectively do so, such as getting involved with ArcGIS, data analysis, and environmental analysis.
