ABOUT HENRIK HAVELUND LARSEN
With 24 years’ experience from product development projects in the consumer electronics industry I have gained a broad insight in the processes involved from product idea to mass production in an international environment. As a project manager I am open an honest and sets the framework to create the best working conditions for the team, so we can achieve the best solutions. The way of working should be adapted to the situation at hand. Working with both traditional and agile methods as well as a combination of the two I believe there is always another way. My way of working is characterized by being structured committed to deliver on agreements and have a high level of quality. Cross functional collaboration motivates me, and I see communication as a key to success therefore I always strive to keep the stakeholders informed as the project is progressing.
