Heath Hunsucker

Lifeguard Supervisor @Lifetime Fitness

Plano, TX, US

I led a team of lifeguards to deliver both top-tier aquatic safety and the elevated “country club” experience that defines the Life Time brand. My role combined overseeing daily pool operations, coordinating staff schedules, and mentoring lifeguards with maintaining a welcoming, professional environment for members.I conducted safety drills, ensured compliance with all protocols, and managed emergency responses, while also reinforcing Life Time’s commitment to service excellence. This balance of safety and hospitality allowed me to strengthen my leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills while supporting a culture of teamwork and member satisfaction.
