Collaborated with PM Hotel Group in the launch of a new hotel brand inspired by the iconic Field & Stream legacy, ensuring design and guest experience aligned with brand values and outdoor lifestyle aesthetics-Transformed 115 empty rooms into guest-ready spaces in just 3 days through daily coordination with contractors, housekeeping, and onsite teams to ensure smooth execution of room staging, operational setup, and pre-opening logistics-Assisted in property readiness efforts for branding and marketing photoshoots, including staging key spaces and managing visual presentation across the lodge enhancing skills in cross-functional collaboration, rapid logistics coordination, and brand activation under tight timelines.
