At UMP, I lead project controls services for large-scale aviation and airport construction programs, supporting owners, PM/CM teams, and contractors in delivering complex capital projects on time and within budget. Our work spans terminal upgrades, airfield improvements, infrastructure modernization, and multi-year CIP programs.Developing and maintaining detailed CPM schedules using Primavera P6 for design, construction, commissioning, and closeout phases. Leading schedule analysis, baseline development, progress measurement, critical path evaluations, and delay assessments. Establishing cost-control frameworks, tracking budget performance, forecasting trends, and providing early-warning insights.Preparing executive-level dashboards, monthly progress reports, and risk summaries for stakeholder decision-making. Coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams, contractors, and airport authorities to ensure schedule and cost alignment across all phases. Through UMP’s specialized expertise in aviation project controls, we help clients increase predictability, strengthen compliance, and achieve successful delivery of high-visibility airport projects.
