Leading the individual giving programme, developing engagement with members of the public and fire and rescue services. The programme includes regular giving, lottery and raffle, appeals, in mem, telemarketing, face to face and digital acquisition. It also includes working with experienced fire and rescue service team members who engage directly with FRS throughout their careers to drive awareness and income for the services provided in supporting their wellbeing. This also includes strategic review of loyalty and experience so we can continue to connect and thank this amazing community. We work across teams to demonstrate the changing need for services and the amazing impact of both charitable work and the public service delivered by the fire and rescue community.
