ABOUT GUILLERMO SANTOS

I have over 15 years of professional experience in the software and telecom industry mainly focused in Digital Platforms (IPTV, NGIN, VPN, SDP, etc.), OTT services and traditional VAS. In the past years I´ve been responsible for RFx processes, contract negotiations, business plans design and commercial strategies but mainly in the day by day activities of a regional project contributing to develop new business, taking care of customer’s relationships and creating a partnering ecosystem that guarantees the business success of a global telecom company with operations worldwide but especially in Europe and Latin America. Though in recent years I´ve been mostly oriented to sales and presales activities I have a technical background with experience in project management and customer support. I have excellent written and verbal communication skills in english and spanish with the ability to forge strong relationships with customers and partners. Working for many years in multicultural environments, in small and large corporations and currently looking for new challenges that expands my professional experience and personal skills.
