Joined The Related Group in 2014 ambitious to conquer anything and everything presented to me. I began as Accounting Clerk and rose to be a Specialist. Blessed to be presented an opportunity in 2016, I joined the development team with dedication and the resilience to prosper. Surrounded by the best in the game, Related has provided a platform for me to mature rapidly in this industry, gaining tremendous experience on all aspects of both development and construction. Related Urban is the self-performing affordable and workforce branch of The Related Group catering to a high demand for attainable housing throughout Florida. I have had a critical role in the development of over 1500 units throughout Miami Dade County with more on the way! Responsible for all predevelopment activities including team building, coordination, working with municipalities on the site plan and zoning process, arranging financing, developing and managing a team of professionals including architects, engineers, planners, attorneys, contractors, project cost control, code compliance, scheduling, payment requisitions, coordination of inspections, project close-out and turnover.
