With 25 years of international experience across design and build, commercial fit-out, and sustainability, I have learned that successful projects come down to clear decision-making, strong coordination, and accountability at every stage. I focus on understanding client needs and building win-win partnerships that drive measurable results. As a senior-level Principal Contractor at T&T, I lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate across clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to a high standard. Fluent in English, French, and Italian (and still working on my Dutch!), I really enjoy operating across cultures and environments, with a straightforward and collaborative approach. I have a strong interest in how technology is transforming construction and project delivery, whether through testing new tools, building AI-driven solutions, or continuously developing my expertise through courses and hands-on application.
