Orchestrated sales-driven production planning through continuous monitoring of demand-supply trends, efficiently managing dispatches and logistics coordination to align the entire supply chain with the sales strategy.• Developed the robust MIS system to track the EV market performance, Altigreen Sales Funnel Performance and competition price, activity & schemes, Implementation of the DMS & SAP.• Led the Strategic Partnership with Exponent Energy to launch the world fastest charging 3-wheelers neEV TEZ to charge 0% to 100% in 15 minutes only.
