Responsible for the annual creation of the Shared Services agreement between DFFH and DH, the monthly financial and service reporting including presentation of the reports to the shared governance board and senior stakeholders. Through the year I maintain a log of any changes and incorporate these as adjustments to the existing agreement or incorporate into the next year agreement depending on the individual change. I was also responsible for the Business Services capability team, a group of 160 staff that were allocated and attributed to services depending on the relative priorities, this involved understanding the complete service catalog, the stakeholder’s expectations and calendar of operational requirements of services.
