ABOUT AMIR ABDOLLAHI

I bring over a decade of experience leading and contributing to cutting-edge industrial and research initiatives across computational engineering, machine learning, and data science. My work has spanned collaborations with globally respected institutions and organizations, including Rolls-Royce, the University of Oxford, and the Victorian Department of Health.At the Department of Health, I led the development of some of the most important and impactful Digital Twin models for the statewide Victorian Health System — shaping data-driven decision-making and resource planning across the sector.My technical expertise spans the full AI/ML lifecycle — from building and deploying machine learning models using Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Amazon SageMaker, and Azure ML, to optimizing solutions with advanced frameworks like Multiple Offspring Sampling and discrete optimization techniques. I also have hands-on experience with data engineering tools such as Spark and Hadoop, and have worked extensively on Digital Twins, IoT integration, and scalable cloud-based applications (AWS, GCP, Azure).In recent years, I’ve expanded my focus to include Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI Agents, developing intelligent, goal-oriented systems capable of reasoning, adapting, and interacting in complex environments.Alongside my technical work, I’ve also enjoyed teaching and mentoring in programming, numerical modeling, and machine learning — something I continue to find both rewarding and inspiring.
