ABOUT GRAHAM DOOLEY

Following retirement from full time CEO roles of public and private sector businesses in December 2021, I have accepted a number of appointments as a non-executive director or senior adviser. I have a portfolio of really interesting roles where my long experience as a CEO, a builder of structures and businesses and teams, an operator, a manufacturer and a financier all play a role in the proposals I bring to a Board table or to an advisory client. It is quite amazing to me at times how relevant the successes of past years and decades give such good insight into the optimum approach to a problem now. I have spent much of the last 30 years at the interface where investment capital and infrastructure meet. The most challenging issues at this intersection is when capital intensive businesses are subject to economic regulation, either by a regulator or a long-term contract. Most people don\'t know how this works. I very much enjoy assisting and advising younger managers and employees as they develop and grow in their careers and lives. I love being involved in ESG and workforce development initiatives. Having these non-executive roles allows me to contribute to all these fields.
