As a seasoned leader in IT Project and Product Management, I\'ve lead a global IT Project Management Office (PMO) team across various domains, including program management, project execution, agile practices, demand and resource management, partner engagement, governance, standards, and performance optimization. In my most recent role, I\'ve supported IT & Ops, Data & Identity, and Solutions & Analytics teams, ensuring effective scope management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.With over 11 years of experience in the FBI\'s Counterterrorism division, I have developed strong skills in data and intelligence gathering, requirements gathering, data and intelligence analytics, product management, and project management. I obtained my Top Secret Security Clearance, SCI with full scope poly which allowed me to work on some of the most critical projects and assignments in the country.I hold certifications in ISO 9001:2008 Internal Quality Systems Auditor, ITIL Foundations, ISO 20k IT Service Management, ISO 27k, CMMI, Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), and Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) through the Project Management Institute. I have numerous course completions with various AI platforms and hold certifications with AWS and GCP geared towards AI practices. I have experience with large-scale infrastructure migrations to Google Cloud Platform, including services like Compute Engine, Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, Cloud Networking, and Cloud Identity. I am passionate about delivering high-quality solutions that meet customer needs and drive business success.
