CREATIVE, PROACTIVE EVENT PRODUCTION DIRECTOR I am Event Production Director at Hickory Food, an award-winning Scottish business with a reputation for bold culinary events in incredible venues, with a focus on innovative and invigorating menus. As a real foodie at heart, I’m delighted to spend my working week crafting leading-edge food and drink experiences in spectacular spaces across Edinburgh and beyond. I’m proud to lead a team delivering end-to-end excellence, designing unique experiences and ensuring flawless execution across all aspects of planning and delivery.
