Held positions of increasing responsibility, leadership and organizational influence including the directing all aspects of daily operations, risk, and safety initiatives for the implementation of a $10M+ capital investment project involving the largest camera installation project ever done for a nationwide network of 1,100 schools. Manage every school camera system installation, along with negotiations with camera vendors for desired product pricing and product support. Partnered with the Acquisitions & Mergers team to facilitate Operations Integration standards as we scale for growth. Manage COVID-19 tracking process through a cross-collaboration approach with a team from Communications, Finance, IT, and Operations for more efficient management of diagnosis cases at all LCG schools as it relates to labor and enrollment tracking. Developed a Shared Services model through ServiceNow, which proved valuable in developing a process for more effective delivery of IT support services to schools when issues arise, along with a standard processes model between schools, third-party vendors, and IT for conducting new installation and triage support for historical video requests, camera systems, and door access security controls. Formulated industry standards for processing requests from stakeholders for historical video files. Provided greater visibility to all existing company projects by organizing Project Charters and reviewing key project aspects that could be scored with key internal stakeholders that highlighted which projects should be prioritized across the corporate spectrum. Standardized the school refurb process to provide greater transparency around providing a more detailed/scalable process for communication and development of repeatable templates to better assist the field we serve. Awarded the Learning Care Group MVP Award in 2017.
