Designated Competent Person (DCP) Providing leadership, direction and competence management whilst working with the London Overground operations team on all operational matters relating to the production of operations rules, standards and safe operation instructions where Rail for London (RfL) is the Infrastructure Manager. Responsible for creation & management of TfL concession contracts with Network Rail for signalling, control & incident management of Rail for London infrastructure Managing the operations inputs to the expansion of the London Overground network, supporting capacity enhancement and resilience projects and network growth.
