Key responsibilities- Helped deliver and project manage the transition of the Elizabeth Line (Rail for London) data entry process from one of filling in MS Forms to setting up a Network style reporting system in IE2. This required a number of tasks such as working with internal data architects to set up an offline form with an associated training document for the RfLi staff to adopt this new style of working- Took over the role of reporting and ensuring data quality improves to a high standard on both Accidents and Incidents being entered into the Rail Safety Standards Board system called SMIS (Safety Management Intelligence System). This involved consistently liaising with internal stakeholders consistently to improve RfLi\'s and Tfl\'s data quality score- Processed and cleaned data for systems in SHE including Info Exchange, IRIS and Collstats. Responsible for highlighting major incidents to the Senior Leadership Team- Became a People Ambassador in August 2023 and contributed to an improvement in team culture during the period of the Data & Analysis team joining the Insights and Direction team to become Analysis and Direction- Have continuously focused on improving and developing my technical analysis skills in particular working on the iAuditor dashboard in Power Bi as well as creating R Scripts to view IE2 and IRIS data.Key Achievements- Successfully transitioned the Elizabeth data entry process from MS Forms to IE2 from March to November 2023-Vastly improved Rfli and Tfl\'s SMIS Data Quality from a letter \"needing improvement\" to a Silver Standard with a current score of 99.9%, on track for Gold by the end of the year. Have received two \"Make a Difference\" Awards for this work with recognition at director level- Presented an Action on Inclusion session on \"Bystander Intervention\" and chaired discussions on Viewpoint subjects including the changing of the team structure. This has helped improve team culture and created further SMART actions.
